在2021年1月1日至2025年12月31日期间，如果买家签署了买卖合约以购买一间房产，而其房产市场价格 (market value) 不超过 RM500,000.00，那么买家能获得产业转移印花税豁免。其印花税豁免的条件如下：
- 买卖合约的签署日期是1/1/2021-31/12/2025期间；
- 相关住宅房产是买家的第一间房产 (即：买家在购买有关住宅房产时，没有独自或与他人联合拥有或继承其他房产) （the individual has never owned any residential property including a residential property which is obtained by way of inheritance or gift, which is held either individually or jointly); 以及
• 买家是马来西亚公民 (a Malaysian citizen).
*住宅房产的定义是指作为住宅购买或获得的房屋，公寓单位或组屋 (“residential property” means a house, a condominium unit, an apartment or a flat purchased or obtained solely to be used as a dwelling house)
