印假钞，抵触刑事法典489C条文

一名军人为筹备婚礼，自印4000令吉钞票，还向警方报假案指提款机吐假钞。
该名军人之后因意图把假钞当真钞使用被控，被判入狱2年。
他被控于2019年2月15日晚上9时46分在甘榜艾蒲路处的一间银行，拥有55张共值4000令吉的假钞，并有意图将假钞当真钞来使用。
被告此举被控抵触刑事法典489C条文，意图将假钞当真钞使用罪控。在该条文下，抵触者可被判处最高可达10年监禁。

Act 574 PENAL CODE

Possession of forged or counterfeit currency notes or bank notes

489C. Whoever has in his possession any forged or counterfeit currency note or bank note, knowing or having reason to believe the same to be forged or counterfeit and intending to use the same as genuine or that it may be used as genuine, shall be punished withi mprisonment for a term which may extend to ten years.
