商家有权拒收硬币吗?

商家有权拒收硬币吗？一次消费可用多少硬币？

根据2020年货币法令第二列表阐明（2020年10月1日生效）：硬币应为法定货币，可以支付任何单次付款中不超过25枚硬币总价值的任何金额。
根据以上条文，若消费者以超过以上法律明文规定的数额消费并以硬币支付，商家则有权拒收。
然而法律并没有规定商家不能接收，因此商家可以自行判断，决定拒收或接受。
其实1仙、5仙、10仙、20仙或50仙都是国家银行发行的合法货币。只要没有超过以上法律明文规定的数额硬币支付，商家不可拒绝客户以现金来支付。

1. Mata wang syiling adalah sah diperlakukan bagi pembayaran apa-apa amaun sehingga nilai agregat dua puluh lima keping mata wang syiling dalam apa-apa pembayaran tunggal.

(g) currency notes and coins issued under the repealed Act and which are legal tender immediately before the coming into
operation of this Act shall continue to be legal tender in Malaysia at their face value as provided in section 24 of the repealed Act and every contract, sale, payment, bill,
note, instrument and security for money and every transaction, dealing, matter and thing relating to money or involving the payment of, or the liability to pay, any money which but for this paragraph would have been made, executed, entered into, done and had for in, and in relation to currency notes and coins issued under the
repealed Act shall be deemed to be validly made, executed, entered into, done and had for in and in relation to currency notes and coins issued under this Act;
