- 幼儿园院长因6岁学生写错了字母G就扭伤了后者的耳朵，她今日在法庭被控蓄意伤人罪时，俯首认罪，被判最高罚款2000令吉。
- 法官在61岁的被告认罪后，做出上述判决，若无法缴付罚款，则以监禁20天代替。
- 根据控状，被告被控于2024年3月6日早上11时30分，在安邦千百家花园的一所幼儿园故意扭伤一名女童的耳朵。
- 被告因此抵触刑事法典第323条文(蓄意伤人)，一旦罪成，可被判监禁最高1年，或罚款最高2000令吉，或两者兼施。
- 受害女童的母亲是从10岁的孩子口中得知，校长用马克笔打妹妹的右手。此外，校长还因受害女童写错了字母G，而拉扯和扭后者的耳朵，医务人员的检查结果证实，受害女童的右耳的软组织损伤。

323. Punishment for voluntarily causing hurt
Whoever, except in the case provided for by section 334, voluntarily causes hurt, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year or with fine which may extend to two thousand ringgit or with both.
