- 一名男子多次性侵未成年继女并致其怀孕，今日在地庭面对4项控状。被告对其中两项指控认罪，遭判处他30年监禁及14下鞭笞，刑满后还须接受3年警方监视与心理辅导。
- 另外，法官也因受害少女母亲因知情不报，违反2001年性侵儿童法令一罪，判处她3年监禁。
- 女被告的行为抵触2001年儿童法令第31(1)(a)条文(虐待、疏忽、遗弃或抛弃儿童)。一旦罪成，被告可被罚款最高50千令吉或监禁不超过20年，或两者兼施。在该法令下，罪成者亦可被谕令守行及进行社区服务。
- 案情指出，2025年7月9日中午12时，原告（16岁）和妹妹逃离长屋，因原告从11岁开始遭受继父多次性侵，而妹妹是目击者。2025年8月20日，原告因腹痛由父亲带去医院检查，医生证实原告已怀孕6个月。事后，原告向警方报案。2025年8月21日傍晚6时35分，警方逮捕原告的母亲和继父归案。
经警方调查，继父在原告11岁开始伸出魔爪，分别于2021年1月趁她睡觉时性侵她，最后于同年7月再次性侵她。警方调查后发现女被告知晓男被告性侵女儿。
- 至于男被告面对的4项罪名，包括修改后的第一及第二项控状，指他在2021年1月及7月，于傍晚6时至晚上11时59分之间，在加拿逸一座长屋性侵当时仅11岁的继女；以及修改后的第三及第四项控状，指他分别在2025年6月1日及6月14日，于傍晚6时至晚上11时59分之间，在加拿逸一座长屋再次性侵继女。
- 男被告抵触刑事法典376B条文，并可在2017年性侵儿童法令16条文同读。在刑事法典376B条文下，一旦罪成可被判监禁不少于10年，不超过30年，另加鞭笞；在2017年性侵儿童法令16条文下，罪成可被判监禁不超过5年，另加鞭笞最少2下。

Pena Code
376B. Punishment for incest
(1) Whoever commits incest shall be punished with imprisonment for a term of not less than ten years and not more than thirty years, and shall also be liable to whipping.
(2) It shall be a defence to a charge against a person under this section if it is proved–
(a) that he or she did not know that the person with whom he or she had sexual intercourse was a person whose relationship to him or her was such that he or she was not permitted under the law, religion, custom or usage applicable to him or her to marry that person; or
(b) that the act of sexual intercourse was done without his or her consent.
Explanation –A person who is under sixteen years of age, if female, or under thirteen years of age, if male shall be deemed to be incapable of giving consent.

31. Ill-treatment, neglect, abandonment or exposure of children
(1) Any person who, being a person having the care of a child—
(a) abuses, neglects, abandons or exposes the child or acts negligently in a manner likely to cause him physical or emotional injury or causes or permits him to be so abused, neglected, abandoned or exposed; or
(b) sexually abuses the child or causes or permits him to be so abused, commits an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding twenty years or to both.
(2) The Court shall, in addition to any punishment specified in subsection (1), order the person convicted of an offence under that subsection—
(a) to execute a bond with sureties to be of good behavior for such period and on such conditions as the Court thinks fit; and
(b) to perform community service.
