- 涉及的高仿武器种类包括MK95.0超高速尼龙版水弹枪、M4突击步枪、ARP9凝胶弹玩具枪、凝胶弹狙击步枪、AK-47自动步枪、AKS-74U突击步枪、F4 AR-15电动枪、凝胶球电动水炸弹玩具枪、飞溅球电动枪、SG552折叠托电动玩具枪、M416电动玩具枪、ARP9紧致型电动玩具枪、G36凝胶球自动步枪、M82A1凝胶球狙击步枪 、22罐水弹枪凝胶球形弹丸及11袋凝胶弹丸。
- 该行为已违反1960年军火法令36（1）（无执照持有仿真枪）条文（206法令），凡拥有、购买或出售任何形式的仿制枪支的行为，无论基于何种原因，均属刑事犯罪。一旦被控罪名成立，可判不超过1年监禁或不超过5000令吉罚款，或两者兼施。
- 法庭最终判决被告罪名成立，罚款3000令吉或坐牢8个月替代。
